In case anyone is having any trouble I got this solved although I've gone through the whole comments without any success.
I just opened hosts file and deleted lines of codes which was pertained to the torrent site I was dealing with.
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc there you'll find hosts file, just make sure you run notepad as admin and open the file, if it get back those lines just make the host file read only.

pour du desktop ça doit être pas mal mais disposant d'un salon avec un 65 pouces le torrent est opti pour tout balancer sur mon serveur média

Oui Oui j'ai bien compris, je suis dans le même cas que toi d'ailleurs, mais l'astuce du changement de DNS qu'on t'a donné n'est bien là que pour te permettre d'accéder au site je crois

Server-side request forgery (SSRF) mitigation — (default: enabled) When enabled, tracker and web seed requests are subject to certain restrictions. I had the same issue, solved it by disabling "Server-side request forgery (SSRF) mitigation" inside settings->advanced and restart qbittorrent

J'avais déjà décoché cette option sans succès, quand je le fait et que je redémarre Qbittorent j'ai "L'adresse demandé n'est pas valide dans son contexte" comme erreur lié au tracker
