C’est 37 ans à mettre 1000€ de côté, imagine si y’a des intérêts et des taxes à payer en plus

Il a decorellé trop longtemps. La dessus , F Langlet a raison de dire que les boomers ont volés leurs parents et leurs enfants

Payer un demi-million pour se faire cambrioler à Lyon, assassiner ses gosses et agresser en allant à la boulangerie.

À part un couple d ingénieurs à 12 k par mois personne ne peut emprunter suffisamment pour suivre la hausse des prix qui a eu lieu.

Le pire c est que ça bloque l économie car les gens sont obligé d épargner un max pour espérer être propriétaire un jour. C est autant d argent non investi dans l économie.

J'ai un exemple comme ça mais pour un bateau.
Le propriétaire ce retrouve avec une offre a 1 millions d'euros tout de suite mais il dit non, il " préfère attendre une meilleure offre'
Résultats : ça fait plus de 4 ans que le bateau moisie dans un port de Bretagne, et les skippers sont parties.
Le navire,qui est hyper classe a l'intérieur, ne vaut plus un million.
Les propriétaires en France sont tous comme ça.
Mais ils n'ont pas compris une chose : a qui tu vas la vendre ta maison? A un afghan?

En tout cas la tranquillité oui, y'a pas de mal à vendre des baraques à 800k€ dans le village bizarrement.


Les boomers me glissent même des cartes de visites sous la porte du garage putain.


Mais dégagez les parigos, je vendrais JAMAIS.

Elle veut se faire 200 k€ sur le dos d'un actif mais ne comprend pas pourquoi ça ne fonctionne pas.

Elle est bien dégueux la maison.

l'immobilier , une vrai merde ce truc qui crée des crises partout dans le monde. Usa , chine , Europe. Ça grimpe , grimpe , grimpe sauf les salaires. Un moment , boum , les banques ne peuvent plus prêter et ça explose , crise .. Ce truc est ponzi , les derniers acheteurs paieront les premiers .etc...etc... Et là ça s'écroule car personne peut acheter . Le pire , ce sont les banques qui risquent de couler car ces idiots ultimes ont investit pas mal de notre argent dans la pierre et la bourse.

Vous ne possederez rien et vous serez heureux. Préparez vous les kheys au méga krach économique. Or , bitcoin , et convertissez vos euros épargne en Franc suisse chf ( plus costaud que l'euro ). Si ça coule ,au moins vous allez survivre ou pouvoir partir.
