Every Disney Villain Ranked
Lady and Trap pulled an hatrick of terrible villainy. Doesn't matter which one is being taken, they are in the bottom of the list for different reasons. Only thing tying them together is that they are not that much in the movie. It's a vibe movie without an overarching antagonist and it's fine but it doens't change the fact that the " villains " are in the bottom. First the siamese cats. They cause mischief in one scene then disappear. There is also the rat showing up in the final minutes to attack the baby and instigate a last conflict. This is a non character with 0 presence whatsoever Aunt Sarah can be considered as the main villain. Probably the lamest and worst Disney villain of all time. She has 2 or 3 minutes of screen. All she does is to get mad at lady and tramp. She wants to put a muzzle on lady and she calls the pound on and that's it. There is nothing to work with. She is not nefarious, funny or memorable. Just a bit unlikable for the wrong reasons. On top of that she is in only a tiny fraction of the film. Some other Disney characters are more flawed but have something to work with. Edgar from the Aristocrats is also one of the less memorable villains. He is lame, not funny, not intimidating, his plans are stupid. He could just wait the cats to die to get all the old lady heritage but nope. Also how the cats are supposed to use all that stuff. Also bby law, pets can't inherit money. Too chicken to actually kill them so he puts sleeping powder in their milk then ditches them on the side of the highway. They come back in the house, he catches them then decides th ship them away which could have been done in the first time. Edgar is also kind of boring, dull and forgettable.
43 : One of the reasons Pocahontas is one of the most overated disney movies is his villain. Radcliffe is just kind of complete joke. This vicious american native hating leader of a group of European colonizers should be a little nefarious. He is supposed to be the embodiment of some real world evil but yet the movie undermines him at every turn. From the start they joke about how unpopular he is and what a pathetic social climber everyone sees him as. His villain song is agressively comedic for some reason. Nothing about him is remotely intimidating. Even at the end when he expresses a lot of hateful rhetoric, his dumbass face doesn't really make him look like dangerous. They gave the most evil character of the movie one of the most cartoonish designs. Radcliffe is an embarassment, the kind of villain you can hardly take seriously. He doesn't even meet Pocahontas during the movie. They only meet during the second movie. 42 : Moana 3's villain is just some asshole only showing up in the mid credit scene. They served him as the main villain while teasing his actual character for a futur installment. At least they established him as a legitimate threat through his vicious storm he whips up like the final act. He could have been higher on the list and even through the treat of him is pretty nebulous for the two first thirds of the movie, the last third shows that he is actually a decent villain. But nothing more. 41 : An interesting thing about Kron is that it's the same actor who voiced Sebastian in the little mermaid. Kron serves as a decent obstacle to the protagonist through his dickhish and cold demeanor regarding the lives of the slower members of his herd. He functions but he is not fun. Aside from voice acting, nothing is really memorable from this character or enjoyable. He is extremely one dimensional and kind of idiot. I mean there is no reason to not believe Aladar at the end that there is a better way to get to the Oasis rather than being stubborn.

28 : Outside for her silent appearance in the prologue lady Tremaine doesn't properly shows up in the film considering the time spent focusing on the mices. So we see her after 22 minutes. She is hatable for making Cinderella's life miserable. That dress tearing scene is obviously cruel. Aside from that she doesn't seem a very interested antagonist. She is way more sinister and cool in Ciderella 3 when she gets the fairy godmother's magic wand. Cinderella 1 still shows a relatively well grounded villain. Some villains without magic however still are more memorable. 27 : Clayton is like athe hunter from Bambi if he was an actual villain character. He serves well his role as a poacher well enough. But nothing really sticks out or leaves tht much of an impression. The only thing that makes him intimidating is that he wields a gun. Take that away from him and there is nothing really special. He just wants to ctch gorilla for money. He is not particularly funny or menacing until the final act. He does make for a decently intimidating presence, even managing to kill Kerchak which establishes him as a legitimate threat. Even in a life or death situation, Clayton acts cocky and tries to gain the mental upper hand on Tarzan, still he flinched when Tarzan pretended to fire the gun. He ultimatly gets a ton of points for having one of the sickest death scenes ouf of any Disney villain.

24 : Pinocchio is a weird case because it doesn't really have a primarly villain but rather a rotating ensemble of them. Coachman might be the main villain or the whale. Even Stromboli could be an answer. Honest John and Hideon are also a good answer. They tempt Pinocchio and lead him twice unlike other villain that have one main sequence.Thecoackman is probably the worse since he literally runs an island where he transforms little boys to donkeys. That being said, John Honest is pretty funny with his sidekick Gideon. 23 :
