Major Accessibility Upgrade Works begin at Maynooth Station
Limited parking available from Monday 23rd September
Iarnród Éireann wishes to inform customers major accessibility upgrade works will commence at Maynooth Station from Monday 23rd September.
During the construction period of the works, carparking at the station will be greatly reduced as the southside carpark will be taken over to facilitate the construction compound, this is reducing car parking capacity at the station by 21%.
It is anticipated that the construction works will be completed by Autumn 2025 and the southside car park will be restored for customer use. We strongly advise customers to consider alternative transport options to the station during this time. Please allow extra time for your journey and consider using public transport, carpooling, or other nearby parking facilities.
