The show is shot in 2004/2005 (was either season 1 or 2), but everything...well, looks and feel pretty much exactly like it does now. House's office looks like the offices I work in. He has a flatscreen computer monitor, maybe the chunkiness/bezels give it away as a bit old, but you would absolutely see a lot of these around still. Everyone pretty much dresses, talks and acts like people do now, maybe with the exception of some specific jokes/innuendos which would probably get you in front of a firing squad today. Yeah, the phones they use are less capable than what we have, but that's pretty much it, in a show that is from 20 years ago.
If you watch three movies or shows shot in 1975, 1985 and 1995, they are instantly recognizable as products of their decades - even if you get a completely remastered 4K version."
