As someone who can understand their lyrics, I ask myself whether their intention was to mock Christianity or to glorify it, cause these orthodox chants sound way more glorious when performed by  Батюшка. Nevertheless, absolutely brilliant band! I am going to see them live next month and to seek the salvation of my soul!

It's some kind of blasphemic, laveyan self-praise. They simply replaced every "you" in the prayers with "I", as if they were the god that talks with us, not in the opposite. Egocentrism at it's finest. Nothing spiritual about this.
I shouldn't enjoy them so much. I'm actually a legit christian that plans to get baptized in a eastern orthodox church soon, so yeah.. their music is kinda mighty. I admit that.
