Tanen reacted negatively to Gale and Zemeckis' pitch idea for the 1978 film I Wanna Hold Your Hand -- which was revealed in a Q&A section on the DVD for Back to the Future.
En gros Zemeckis (réal du film) a choisi le nom Tannen en référence à un producteur juif qui est un sale con.
