This video shows what appears to be Chinese-made car parts melting under sunlight, but fact-checking reveals that much of it is exaggeration or misunderstanding. According to multiple sources I searched, the exterior swelling is caused by vinyl wrap removal work or adhesive degradation due to heat, and the car body itself is not melting. While there are cases of interior melting due to low-quality materials, it has not been confirmed as a general problem with Chinese cars. Reliable evidence is lacking.
